Are there any hidden charges?

We aim to be as transparent as possible with the pricing. 

There is a collection fee of £45 (a one of out of area surcharge of £5.99 if this applies to your collection address)

The storage fees are charged monthly and are outlined on our website. There is a minimum of the first months storage payment. After the first month your storage term will be rounded up to the nearest week and you will only pay for the weekly storage used in your final month storage.

If there are more or less boxes than advised we will update the system so you are paying for the type of items stored and the number of those items. For example if you send in less boxes than originally booked we will reduce your payments to reflect the type and number actually stored. If more items are sent in we will amend your storage subscription accordingly. 

If you select the optional time slot collection there is a fee of £35 for this service. 

Delivery of items is £6.95 per box if we deliver back to the city in which we collected the items from otherwise if the return address is in a different city than where we collected there is a £3.99 surcharge per box added on. 

If you fail to abide by the terms and conditions such as not being present or contactable when the collection or delivery takes place leading to a failed collection / delivery then there are rebooking fees charged. 

If the boxes are overweight or oversized then charges will be applied.
