How much do I pay and when do I pay it?

You will be immediately charged the upfront payment if you purchase Kit Keeper boxes from us. The upfront payment covers the price of empty boxes and their delivery to you as well as the collection fee (the standard collection fee is £45). If you have selected a time slot collection and / or Doorstep collection then your card on your account will be charged over the next 3 working days (the time slot fee is £35).
After that your storage fees will be charged monthly and the first payment will be charged to your account 7 days after your collection date.
For the final payment, this will be taken 5 days before your delivery date where your account will be charged for the delivery fee of your items £6.95 per box (and any surcharge for out of area deliveries which is £3.99 per box) minus any unused weekly storage.
If you have asked for a time slot delivery and / or Doorstep delivery we will process this payment before your delivery takes place.
All shipping orders need to be paid in full upfront prior to collection.
