How can I edit my collection or delivery date on my order?

To edit your collection or delivery date on your order please follow the below steps:


  • Log into your account HERE using the email address and password you registered your account with

  • Scroll down the page to find your order and select Details on the order your wish to edit.

  • Scroll down and select the Edit button

  • You can then select the collection detail or delivery details button to edit.

  • Don’t forget to select the Update button!


    Some dates may be greyed out. These days may be unavailable as we need 3 working days notice to organise collection and delivery dates. We also do not offer services on weekends or bank holidays.
