What can and can’t I store?

We can only accept your belongings into storage if they are in one of our approved boxes, other double walled cardboard boxes, or suitcases packed into a suitcase cardboard box. Follow the link HERE to see how to correctly pack your items following our guidelines.

We may be able to collect non boxed items but we will need to know at the time of booking what the non boxed item is. Non boxed items, own boxes, and suitcases that are not boxed are not covered for loss or damage.
