For your ETA for delivery, we try our best to email you as accurate time as possible for the delivery of your order. However, sometimes delays can happen such as inaccessible addresses, road closures, traffic and many other things which can have a knock on effect on the couriers timed route. If we are outside the estimated time of arrival that we have given you, please get in touch. We will then call the courier who will attempt to contact the driver to find out more about the delay and updated arrival time. As drivers cannot take calls when driving or when with a customer they will call the courier back a soon as it is possible. Once Kit Keeper has been updated by the courier we will let you know the time if the courier has not called you to also let you know when they will be with you.
If there is a delay with couriers such as DPD or ParcelForce, they will need to be contacted via their customer support, as these drivers are out of Kit Keeper's control. The tracking link should update to provide an estimate time for delivery.
