Do I have to be present at the collection or delivery of my boxes?

We prefer that you are present at the collection and delivery to minimise the risk of issues but we can collect or deliver from and to a reception or friend that you have notified Kit Keeper off. We will need their contact details.

If you are not available for collection or delivery, the best option is to leave your items at the front of your address (such as a reception area or lobby) for a smooth collection. Please ensure your items are labelled correctly before handing them over to someone else.

For delivery, a lot of drivers will deliver directly to the reception on your behalf. Please ensure that the reception is aware of a delivery for you, in order to prevent failed deliveries in the instance that the reception cannot accept your items.

Please note, Kit Keeper is not liable for loss or damage if no one is present to hand over the order or receive the order on your behalf.
