How do I get my boxes redelivered? My boxes haven’t been collected or delivered, who can I contact? I want to change my collection or delivery date or time, who should I contact? I don’t have a UK number. Can I supply an international number? Do I have to be present at the collection or delivery of my boxes?

What happens if I missed the courier delivering my items?

If one of our local couriers attempted to deliver but could not complete the delivery successfully, then the delivery can be rescheduled for another day at a fee of £45 which will be charged to your account. 


If DPD or ParcelForce failed, then the delivery is usually reattempted the following working day. The tracking should update and a new estimated delivery time will be available.
