When do I get charged the return / delivery fees for my order?

The return fees are charged 5 days before the delivery date you have selected and are £6.95 per box if we are delivering to an address in the same city as the we collected your order from. If we are returning your order to a different city to where we collected your order from there is an additional £3.99 surcharge per box.

These fees will need to be successfully paid in order to book your delivery. If there are outstanding fees, we will not be able to book for your allocated delivery date so you may experience delays, and there may be extra fees for extra storage.
