If you have received an email from us with a time frame, the courier will aim to deliver within that time window. If you have not received an email from us by the night before your delivery, please check junk or spam box. We always will let you know the working day before, before 5pm. Sometimes, there may be delays but the courier will call when arriving.
If you have received an email from us with a tracking link from DPD or ParcelForce for your delivery, please refer to the link with an updated status of your delivery. If you have not received an email from us by the night before your delivery, please check junk or spam box. We always will let you know the working day before, before 5pm. Sometimes there are delays when using DPD or Parcel Force that are out of Kit Keeper's control. Due to ParcelForce's current migration to Royal Mail central system, some tracking update issues may occur. In most cases the tracking will update with an estimated delivery time on the morning of the delivery. DPD and Parcel Force are in charge of their drivers routes and therefore estimated delivery times so Kit Keeper is not able to know in advance or be able to alter the routes and estimated delivery times.
