My payment failed, what should I do?

If you receive a notification that your Kit Keeper payment has failed then please make sure there is sufficient funds in your account or that the card registered to your account is the correct one to take payment from. You should receive an email with instructions.
If payments consistently fail there could be extra admin charges applied and if your payment is outstanding for more than 30 days we may dispose of your items. You will receive communications to the email on your account before this happens.
