Can I have my flat pack boxes and materials delivered to an address other than my collection address?

When ordering materials and flat pack boxes from us, we process them to be sent directly to the collection address provided, as soon as possible.

We can send your materials to a different address than collection. To proceed with this, enter your collection address when making the booking, then send us an email at [email protected] to let us know which address you would like the materials to be sent to. This will need to be done as soon as the order is placed. We can then change the address and organise for the items to be delivered to your preferred address.

Alternatively, you can book and enter the collection address as the address you would like your items sent to, then email us with the collection address you would like them collected from. Or log onto your account HERE to change the collection details. We will need 3 working days notice for any changes to the collection address.
