How should my boxes be labelled?

If you ordered Kit Keeper boxes for storage, you will receive labels for your boxes within the outer packaging. We will also email you your labels to print. If you are using your own boxes for storage, we will email you a PDF file with labels to print out yourself. If you don’t have a way of printing out labels yourself, just make sure your full name and order number are clearly written on the boxes and we will label them at the warehouse.

From time to time depending on the area of collection we may have to use a courier such as DPD or Parcel Force to collect from your given address. If this is the case we will send you the courier labels which must be attached ready for the collection. It is worth checking your spam folder a few days before the collection date to make sure the email with these labels has not been marked as spam. These will MUST be attached, otherwise the collection will fail and will have to be rebooked and charged again.

If you have a shipping order with us, we will email you a PDF file with labels and instructions on how to label your items for shipping. These will need to be attached or there could be delays with your shipment.
