How does the collection of my packed boxes work?

When placing your order, you will have to select the date and address for collection of your packed boxes. On that day, our courier will come to your address to pick up your boxes.
Please make sure that you are available to hand over your boxes to the courier on the day of your collection to avoid the £45 fee for rescheduling the collection.
If you need to make any changes to your collection, you can do so by contacting customer service no later than 3 working days before your chosen collection date.
