What if my plans change, can I make last minute amendments to my order?

We understand that there may sometimes be changes you have to make to your order last minute and we will try and accommodate any changes but it may not always be possible.
We require any changes to your order to be made at least 3 working days before the collection or delivery date. This is because it takes time to plan the routes of the drivers and we need all the correct information to be able to give our storage and courier providers ahead of time for them to do the best job on the day.
If you have to arrange a last minute change to your order there is a fee of £45 if we can accommodate the change.
If you need an emergency collection or delivery then a fee will be quoted to you.
