Collection

Last Update 5 months ago

How does the collection of my packed boxes work? How should my boxes be labelled? My boxes haven’t been collected or delivered, who can I contact? I want to change my collection or delivery date or time, who should I contact? What if my plans change, can I make last minute amendments to my order?

Can you collect or deliver on weekends?

We cannot set collection or delivery days on weekends or bank holidays. These days will appear grey when you try and book/edit your date.
