Will you open my boxes?

Both your privacy and the safety of your items are truly important to us, and keeping your boxes sealed is a part of it. We will only open your box under exceptional circumstances: if we believe that there’s a risk of damage to your stuff, of injury to one of our team, or if we suspect the contents stored are in breach of our terms and conditions. We may also open your box to repack it if it exceeds the weight limit or the packaging is not appropriate for long term storage. If we have to open your boxes for any reason, we will contact you to let you know.
