How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to let us know as soon as possible, email at [email protected]. We need 3 working days notice before your collection date to issue full cancellation and refund of service. We only charge monthly storage once your boxes have been received.
If you have ordered boxes and they have already been sent out, we will not be able to issue a refund on the delivery fee of these boxes. If they are returned back to our warehouse, we will be able to refund the cost of these boxes then.
If we do not have 3 working days notice, and have already booked your collection in, we will not be able to refund your collection fees.
