I placed an order but no longer need it, how do I cancel?

If you need to cancel, please get in touch with the customer support team as soon as possible. We need 3 working days' notice for cancellation to offer a refund.

 If we haven't received the notice, we will cancel your order upon your request but you will not receive a refund. 

If you have ordered materials and they have been delivered to you, we cannot refund these.
