My boxes haven’t been collected or delivered, who can I contact?

In most cases we would have provided you with an ETA (estimated time of arrival) when to expect your collection or delivery the working day before your collection or delivery is scheduled to take place. However that is not always possible, if we had to use external overnight services to arrange your collection or delivery, but even then we will give you an estimated time frame, it just might be longer than a few hours.


Unfortunately, unexpected things that are beyond Kit Keeper’s and our couriers’ control sometimes do happen, causing delays to our services. If a courier is running late and we haven’t been in touch to inform you of an updated ETA, please contact us on 020 3868 6815 or email [email protected] and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
