What happens if I have non boxed items or fragile items that need to be delivered to an address which is different from the area Kit Keeper collected?

If you have non boxed items in storage or fragile items that need to be sent to an address that is in a different area to where we collected them and if the items not be sent with an overnight courier, such as Parcel Force or DPD, we will have to use a local courier to deliver your items to your chosen address.

We will therefore give you a quote for the delivery of the items which we will confirm with you before we arrange the delivery. This can cause delays to the delivery of your items.
