What if I have more boxes to store than I originally booked?

If you are storing more boxes than you originally booked, then we will adjust your account to represent the correct type and correct number of boxes you are storing so you will always only pay for what you store.
Our couriers will confirm upon collection the number of boxes collected and the storage facility will also confirm the number and type of boxes stored so we can then adjust your storage plan.
We recommend you email [email protected] with the number and type of boxes you have sent in for storage.
