Can I use my own boxes? How do I get my boxes redelivered? How should my boxes be labelled? How much do I pay and when do I pay it? Will you open my boxes?

What if I send in a non-boxed item?

If Kit Keeper is charged any surcharges by DPD or Parcel Force for oversized or overweight boxes or non-boxed items (e.g. unboxed suitcases), there will be a charge of £15 per non-boxed item charged to your account and £60 charged to your account for an overweight and/or oversized box both for the collection and for the delivery.


If the non-boxed item exceeds the dimensions of 75cmx50cmx50xcm there will be an extra storage charge applied. 

 

We do not cover for loss, damage or delays for oversized or unboxed items.
