How does the collection of my packed boxes work? How should my boxes be labelled? My boxes haven’t been collected or delivered, who can I contact? I want to change my collection or delivery date or time, who should I contact? What if my plans change, can I make last minute amendments to my order?

What labels do I need for my boxes?

If you have ordered boxes from us, sticky labels will arrive which you can attach to your boxes. If you have booked using your 'own boxes', we will send you PDF labels via the confirmation email you receive on ordering. These labels are for storage only.


If you have a shipping order, or your collection is with an overnight service, such as DPD or ParcelForce, we will send you another email a few days before collection containing extra labels. These labels MUST be attached to your boxes otherwise there will be failed collection attempts, along with another £45 rescheduling collection fee.


Each individual DPD and ParcelForce label is unique to each box, and must be attached to each box. If you have anymore boxes that you have booked for, we will have to send you extra labels. These labels CANNOT be duplicated.
