Once collected, your boxes will be taken to one of our storage facilities, where they will be kept safe, secure, climate controlled and monitored 24/7 by CCTV. Keeping your belongings safe is really important to us, so rest assured they will be in good hands!
We have local courier and storage partners all across the UK, so the exact storage location depends on what area we collected your items from.
